4k resolution P2715Q in Windows

I found it yesterday, but I can't find it again - can someone repost the steps to unlock 4k on a nMP using the Dell P2715Q?

UPDATE - simple, DL and install the newest Apple AMD boot camp driver in Windows.

Note, after my install started, my screens went black and never came back, so I left the machine alone for 10 minutes (to make sure whatever installs completed), then hard rebooted the machine with no issues.
