Hi MR,
As the title states, I have a 4k TV connected via a USB C dongle, and can also connect it over HDMI to an eGPU. When the TV is off, it still appears under Displays and throws off my workflow with better snap tool (moving windows to a monitor that is off).
Is there any way to detect when HDMI displays are off in macOS? Preferably without having to use SwitchResX to manually tell the system the display is off each time?
(I would rather leave the display connected than unplug the TV each time)
Thanks in advance.
