I restored my 4S and now I have iOS 5.1 , and as you all know ... you can't jailbreak your iphone on iOS 5.1 ! So I was hoping one of you guys on this forums has the ispw for 5.0.1 and can share it. Thanks

You can download your own copy of the 5.0.1 IPSW for your phone from iPhoneWiki.
But as indicated, you cannot yet restore a 4S to older firmware.
If only was as simple as just downloading the 5.0.1 firmware file and restore it
