I use the web a lot on my iPhone using wifi. The battery percentage goes down fast and I get about 5-6 hours of usage on wifi. Is this good battery life and I heard the percentage is suppose to go down 1% every 10 minutes but mine goes down every 2-3 minutes.

Mine is about the same

I lose 1% every 3 or 4 minutes when on Internet and I get well over 6 hours usage and 1 day + in standby

That's close to as good as most get. So yours is fine

Losing Only 1% every 10 mins is impossible

if you are loading pages that have say, a lot of pictures to load, or full websites for that matter, you will see a quicker decrease in battery life, then say just a basic mobile website with mostly text.
