Saw a "Delivery Exception" warning on my tracking. This was for an ATT order shipped through Fed-Ex. Called Fed-Ex and they said the phone will be delivered today but there are just so many phones to deliver there is no way they can meet their standard "delivery by 3:30".
The woman sounded exhausted. I asked if she has been getting a lot of calls, said she has worked the call center for 5 years, never seen anything like this.
