4S, microphone not working

My daughter has a 4S iPhone. When she makes a call or receives one, the person on the other end cannot hear her. She can hear them however. Siri, also cannot hear her. But is she puts it on speaker phone, or FaceTime, it all works great. Any Ideas, before I take this thing in for service?

No help on this? Anyone? I have not taken hers in for service yet... But...
The Same thing happened to My iPhone 4 today? Bought it on launch in 2010. bought her 4S on launch 2011. Latest software on both. Tried a restore on mine with no help. Anyone?

Come on folks... Anything.. I am not even getting the sarcastic remarks. Even 14 year olds won't reply to this thread.

Not much response there either. Between my iPhones, and my Macbook pro loosing wifi randomly.. All I can think is Bill Gates.
