4s Music Problem

Ok this is getting ridiculous.
iPhone 4s is being weird with music. I'll select a track and it will skip, or show as playing but with no sound, or it'll play a different song, but show the artist and title of the song I selected.

It's starting to wind me up, any ideas?

I had this happen. Opened multitasking (double tap home), killed Music.app, it was fine after that.
