I have this annoying problem that I can't disable the new notification center when playing games. Basically whenever I swipe near the top of the screen, it always pulls down the notification. How to work around this? TIA

Since notification center can't be disabled, I wonder if there is a way for the game publisher to prevent it from working while the game is the active app?

I would suggest you email the game maker(s) & see what they have to suggest.

Do you have the current build? In early betas it did this but then they changed it to where you have to do it twice in a row to pull it down now. First time a little tab pops up "asking" if you really want the menu, swipe down again to get it.

Yup the little tab comes out , what game are you playing anyways ?

Fruit Ninja it is lol. And yeah, a little tab did show at first but I swipe a lot over that region....

Not the side but the top, remember you have to turn the phone to the landscape mode? I slash vertically a lot...
