4s on Sprint won't download or update apps

Whenever I try to update apps or download apps it just hangs then eventually pops up and says it can't download and to retry later.

I've done a hard reset, a reset settings, and a reset network settings.


Any suggestions?

Did you restore from new or back up? Are you trying on WiFi or 3G?

Didn't do a full restore yet but would probably do from back up.

Tried both wifi and 3g for downloads

Don't restore from backup. The backup could be carrying the problem. It's likely setting up as new after a restore would fix it.

I think it is Sprint. I have been having this issue for about a month now. I have been in Pennsylvania and Maryland. Others have been having this issue as well.

It is a Sprint issue. A friend of mine had been experiencing this the last few weeks. Hard reset fixed it all.
