Resolved 4S Price Drop to $99 - VZW Answer!

Maybe this is a stupid question, but is the 4S price drop already effective? VZW.com hasn't changed & I got an error message when trying to buy on apple.com.

Anyone know for sure?

Yeah, I saw that & tried to purchase (thus the aforementioned error message), but didn't know if they were indeed buy able & $99 now.

That's weird, I was able to buy an unlocked 4S for the reduced price ($549) from apple.com

I have 2 weeks for a change so I can go get so e mo ey back for my wife and kids phones. I hope they do it soon.

I just bought one from apple.com @ $99

Talked to an Apple sales rep & he said that b/c AT&T & VZW haven't updated their systems yet, so that's causing conflict & giving errors to reps not letting them place orders.
