4s restore problem error 3

I have tried all of the restore features and steps... I updated itunes, etc... I am still getting this restore error and my 4s stop just short of the restore line and stays there.... here are the screen shots and phone pic I took... trying to get this resolved, thanks

I have this problem as well except I get error 1.

Error 3 indicates a problem with the baseband. The only way to permanently fix that is to replace the logicboard.
