4S Set Number of Rings Before Forwarding to Voicemail?

Hey,

So I'm trying to set the number of rings (or time in seconds the phone rings) before forwarding to my voicemail.

I've looked up a few guides and determined, with *#61# that my voicemail number is +16479971130.

Then, I use the code *61*+16479971130*11*35# to attempt to change the ring time to 35 seconds.

I an error in response.

"Error Performing Request
Unknown Error

Setting Registration Failed
Voice Call Forwarding When Unanswered"

I called my carrier, Fido (Toronto, Canada) and they weren't very helpful. They told me to consult my iPhone manual.

How should I proceed?
