4s -- Trouble with mute switch?

In two years with my 4, I probably had it inadvertently go silent twice. My new 4s switches to silent in my pocket every day or two. It is in a "fairly protective" case. Anyone else having this problem?

Never once had that problem, if anything it takes me forever to find the switch in the dark.
