4s Video Cam App with WB lock

I'm okay with the 4s autofocusing, but I want an app that lets me lock the white balance/exposure to one setting. Any ideas?
 
FiLMiC Pro. Let's you lock WB, exposure, and focus as well as set frame rate and compression.

Edit: sorry, thought I was in digital video forum !
