Anyone else have this issue? Its been grand for a couple of weeks but its gradually got sluggish, I have done a soft reset IE home and power button but no good, what I mean by sluggish by screen some times becomes unresponsive, lock screen slow, flicking through menus slow. I am using an IP4 by the way.

Nope. Mine 4S is running smooth as well as my 3GS, which is now a glorified iPod on my desk at work.

How many apps do you have installed?

I saw this on the ipod touch 4th gen running 5.0.1 with many apps. Try a restore but as new, then add your apps back. Should help.

The more stuff (specifically apps) you have on your iOS device, the slower it will run, in my experience.
