5.01 problems

Downloaded 5.01 onto phone with no sweat, but when I go to sync watch (fully charged and connected to charger) with phone (also fully charged and plugged in), it says preparing to install, then unable to verify - no internet connection. Both devices are sitting right next to each other. Internet is working fine for Safari and email. Changed to 2 other wi-fi' (5.0 and 2.4GHz), but all produce same result. Any help appreciated.

is your iphone on Beta profile? If so, remove the beta profile.

Nope. Just downloaded the new release from Apple.
