Its an MSI Twin Frozer - just had it lying around
It has 2 fans
In Sierra and Windows 10, I cant get both fans to spin.
Ive tried different drivers in Windows and Ive tried MacsFanControl in both, none of which sees the 2 fans.
Im playing a game that isnt very demanding but the one fan spins high a lot. I assume this wouldnt happen if both fans were spinning.
Any suggestions?

Sounds like hardware (fan) issue.
