I have the Logitech® Z-5300e 5.1 speakers, which has 3 audio jacks. I would like to plug them into my 12" powerbook, but there's only 1 headphone jack.

Does anyone know of an adapter or something that would make this work? Thanks for any help.

You need to get an external usb soundcard like the audigy external which has front rear and sub ports. I don't know if it is Mac compatible tho.

If you don't won't true 5.1 sound ie. dolby digital. Get a line splitter it looks like this, basically the jack splits up into 2 jacks.

You only need the two jacks to get the sound, logitech should include the rest of the equipment to get it to connect to the line splitter as this is what my setup is.
