5-10gb usb drives

Well I'm new to mac only a month in since my imac came home with me but i still have my PC lying around because i have a ton of files that i need on there. I am looking to transfer all my stuff to my mac and was thinking the cheapest way to do this would be those little 5-10gb usb drives. What i'm asking is are all mini usb drives compatible with PC & Mac?

Yes - you shouldn't have any problem at all transferring from pc to mac.

I'd get a small external 2.5" drive so you can have a back up solution too..
