Dont sweat it. Use it for awhile - you have a years warranty - give it some time. Although 5.5 hours isn't bad.

On every MB I've owned, multiple battery charge cycles improved the runtime significantly. See what it's like after a few full charge/discharge cycles.

I'll bet you it's considerably better.

I think 5.5 hours is right around the right amount. That's sort of what I've been getting (Granted, I haven't been on it for that entire time at once, but total it's around there.)
