5 for 5S Using Apple Reuse and Recycle?

I currently have an iPhone 5 and an available upgrade in my plan. The Apple Store website says Apple will give me $325 for my iPhone 5 but does not state if it can be used at an actual Apple store to trade in for a 5S and get an extra $125 or so Apple gift card. Anybody know how the trade in program works at an Apple store and if it's the same as it is online?
