5 sim card vs 4s

So I decided to give my wife the new iPhone 5 as a gift and well she doesn't like it. I have the 4s and wanted to know if I can just change out the sim cards. Then I get the 5 and she gets my 4s and everyone is happy again.

Is this correct??

Pretty much. You just have to go get new sim cards, because the 4S has a micro sim, and the 5 has a nano sim. Also you may want to make a back up of each and transfer your different contacts, apps, emails, ect. Otherwise that is it.

Can't just swap SIM cards.
You can trim the micro-SIM to nano-SIM size, but I'd just take it to the store if you have one close.

They should. They did so for my wife when she took my 4 (from a 3GS).
