5 vs 4s: Touch Responsiveness?

So I was at BB yesterday playing with both. The 5 felt alot more responsive, operation wise, the 4s at times, went "huh, do that again" at my fingers gestures. Both were on WIFI.

Did I come across a "dirty" 4s?
