Is this a ****ing joke?? Now it costs €679 instead of €629??

that's the thing with no competition. Let's be honest, I owned an Android flagship (HTC Desire) for the last 2 and a half years. the first 6 months were ok, then everything just sucked. No way I am going android again. So 679€*it is.
Damn it -.-''

imo it would have been fine if they increased the price for the 16gb and kept the price for the 32gb at 739....

That doesnt make sense.
If they increase the price they do it on all models.
If they do it just for the 16GB then everyone will skip and buy the 32GB or 64GB.

it does make sense since memory is no way near as expensive as it once was.

That's correct. I read a blog which wrote that only 16GB got the price bump, but Apple's website here in Germany says every one of them will be more expensive by 50 Euros. That's a $65 premium over already expensive European prices!

Memory is cheap in general. Its not all of a sudden expensive just for the 16GB chip or iphone model but still the same price for the 32 and 64GB.
But tell that to Apple, I dont think the price hike is based on the price of the memory chip but just a price increase in general:)
