$500 bucks for and Apple store iMac?

A friend who works at apple can get me a register computer from an apple store. It's the last white 17 inch iMac for $500 bucks. Standard setup, keyboard, mouse, etc. Good deal or not?

Don't do it. It's a piece of junk. Absolutely resist all temptation to buy. You'll regret it.
