500GB HD for Quad G5

Hi,

What would you recommend interms of a 500GB Hard Drive for the upcoming Quad G5. I'd like to maximize the HD slots in the machine, but am not sure which one to buy. Maxtor, Seagate, Hitachi?

Any thoughts?
