Whats going to happen with 24 hours of lead time

So it looks like the limees in New Zealand will get the 3G phone a full 24 hours ahead of us here in the USA. Anyone care to guess if any successful hacking takes place before it gets released here?

I think you mean Kiwis. There'll be hacking as soon as people in the rest of the world get home, because everyone in the world gets it before us. Except Canada, and they get the shaft with plans, anyway. I feel for you guys!

It'd be great if on July 11 we can take our iPhones home, plug them in, and press one button to jailbreak/unlock them because we've already downloaded the utility to do so.
