520 powerbook

Greetings to all

Yes..An old fashioned Powerbook 520c. Thought it had disappeared years ago, but found it during a recent move. There is some info On it I'd like to get moved over to my mac mini via e-mail but just can't figure out how to configure it to get on the net to do so. I've got the verizon DSL modem..(westell 6100) running into a D-link 8 port hub..the CAT5 cable into the adapter going into the powerbook.........can someone walk me through the proper configuration to get or line or if someone has an alternative way to get the info off it..other than a floppy disc..(drive doesn't work) feel free to enlighten the situation

I used to use a Cat5 crossover cable to move data directly from old Power Books to say a first gen iMac or PowerMac 9500.

The new Macs can use just any old Cat5/6, but the old ones do require a crossover cable for direct connections, plus adapter, etc., which you apparently have already.
