pwned and now on 2.0 unlocked.. How to change the boot up logo??

The title kinda says it all... So, any ideas how to do it??? also, after I downloaded some 20 apps from the app store on the mac, syncing only shows 2-3 apps.... Whats going on??

repwn in expert mode and unche k the change images boxes.

Look for your other apps on the next screen. You have filled up the first one.

Same with me, boot logo under 100KB, RGB mode with 1 alpha chanel... It still says boot logo not valid... or not correct... something like that...

Also, repwning for a new logo would mean that I have to restore my iphone using the new custom IPSW again right???

God, if there was a simple way of replacing a damn png file....

Did you convert it in Preview? I had to open Pixelmator to get mine to work...

And I'm going to go digging through the files now to see if you can change it through SSH...

Eesh. I'd hate to be a Summerboard or Customize coder these days. I hope this isn't what we're up against for all visual tweaks.

i get ya.. hell of a job yting to keep up with the official firmwares... they should make summerboard and customize available for free on the app store...

another idea would be to have different wallpapers for different screens. so they change when you swipe...

dont know how much all the trouble upgrading to 2.0 was worth though... I really miss apps like videostone and pool
