Ipod on Iphone won't stop playing

The only way I can figure out to stop the Ipod portion of the Iphone from playing a song is to power down. I've checked all of the manuals and none of them speak about how to stop the music. Has anyone had this problem?

simply double tap the home button and pause it, or go back to ipod section, press now playing, then press pause!

you can also just hold down the home button and after 10 seconds or so, it'll shut it down and bring you to the main menu screen of the phone.

on iphone drag top bar to end that will stop song or if an album is selected select last song and drag top bar to far rt to ens song stipid it doesnt have a stop button
