My Custom iPhone car dock

I made this billet aluminum dock to hold my iPhone securely in my '05 Toyota Tacoma. This dock is 2 pieces. The end cap clamps down on the connector and holds it solid. The dock is made to work with my zCover. The phone fits real secure. 4 bolts secure the dock to the center console from underneath, so I had to drill some holes in the center console. The cable connects to my Eclipse iPod interface adapter. I can control the music and movies through my Eclipse AVN-6610 radio head unit. It also charges the iPhones battery.

Thanks guys. If you don't like brushed or polished bare aluminum you could always have it anodized or powder coated.
