555 vs 560?

Can't say much about the difference but I have the base 15", so the 555, and I watch videos while surfing and it hasn't lagged at all. From what I remember from other posts, unless you have multiple 4k monitors, or do heavy video editing, you'll never need the 4gb.
If I were you, I wouldn't worry about saving $100 when already spending more than $2000, but, to each their own.
Indeed. It’s not that iMacs with older tech are suddenly obsolete! I’m not sure, but I believe previous came with 2 GB average. (I have one @ 144 MB still and it still works for most internet videos.)
Well when I was first looking at 1300 for a macbook pro non touch bar, the price has hiked already...
There it says 560 is less power hungry tho it runs at the same clock speed and also has quite a boost in performance compared to the 555 (1,305.6 GFLOPS on the 555 vs 1,894.4 GFLOPS on the 560). I would definitely pay 100$ more for that boost on GPU regardless of the unnecessary 2GB of extra memory!
