I can drag/copy files from Windows/Fusion over to the Mac, but not the reverse.

I can't believe this should be complicated....So, what am I missing??

How do you move files from OSX on a MacBook Pro over to VMware Fusion/Windows?

Thanks!

Try dragging the file from your OS X side, into the VMWare Fusion icon on the dock, wait for the window to pop into active mode, and then drag it right into the window. ;)
