hi, say if ive got a folder on my leopard macbook.
when i double click it.... is it possible to put some type of sercurity on it? where it would ask me for my admin password?

i tried 'get info' and putting lock icon on,....but thats just settings for writing to the folder.......

can i do this?

just so i can keep safe some private info secure and not accessible for other users on my mac.
i dont think i can store files in keychain thing.......

thanks.

You can do that by creating a dmg file with disk utility. Search the forums. You'll find plenty of threads that can help you.:)
