Is there a good free mac remote desktop program someone can recommend? I'm sick of using the windows remote desktop through Parallels.

is "remote desktop" the same thing as VNC? If so, after trying a few i liked JollysFastVNC the best.

If you're trying to connect to a Windows computer, try [url="http://www.microsoft.com/mac/products/remote-desktop/default.mspx]Remote Desktop Connection for Mac[/url]. It's free, and it will connect to XP or Vista machines.
