I'm on the family iMac right now. My dad downloaded some little apps and widgets the other day and we can't seem to get rid of it.

It is transparant when not active, and when you hover over it, it turns solid blue. It can be dragged around and when you click it, Exposé is triggered. Also ... it won't respond to right clicks.

Does anyone know what this is and how we can get rid of it?
