QT Pro ... Lose Audio Exporting Mpg to DV

Hi... How do I convert my mpegs using QT Pro to DV format for use in iMovie, and keep the audio. Only the video remains after the conversion.

I think it's because of the MPEG encoding. Specifically, I think the audio is MPEG 4 or something. If you search the forums for this problem, you'll find it.
