Apple's iPhone page (http://store.apple.com/us/iphone) reads as follows:

---

iPhone 5S
"Order iPhone 5s beginning September 20. From $199*"

iPhone 5C
"Pre-order iPhone 5c beginning September 13 for delivery beginning September 20. From $99*"

---

So, will the 5S be available for pre-order on 9/13, or not?

Nope. They are hoping people will be impatient and go for the 5C. They're pushing it pretty hard.

I should have been more specific.

Fact: They are pushing the 5c pretty hard.

My opinion: They want more people to get the 5C. It's a new to market product, it needs to gain ground.

Still- errrrr no :D
Anyone with only one little piece of technology knowledge won't buy this overpriced piece of plastic. They can push it as hard as they can...

The 5S is, probably, not preorder-able because they don't have enough stock for preorderd PLUS day1 purchases.
