iPod 5g iPod + cell phone interference???

you know the radio interference you get sometimes w/ cells? or CRT monitor flickers? my cell was just next to my ipod and it made the screen back light turn on...?
 
I've read reports of cell phone interference so your experience may not be atypical. Apple might increase the shielding in future iPods.
