I live in an area where I get not so good coverage on T-Mobile (usually 1 or 2 bars). Speedtest with my SE would typically yield 10-14 down and .5 - 3 up. With the iPhone 12 I'm getting 60-80 down and 16-25 up. Also, more consistently 2 bars. Color me impressed!

I currently have the same type of coverage with T-Mobile on my SE (1 -2 bars at home). Looking forward to seeing real life day to day experience with 5G in 3 weeks (mini).

My first 5G speed test with my iPhone 12 Pro on T-Mobile in Washington, DC:

I'm impressed.

Shouldn't 60 down be normal with just LTE? It seems like when it was coming out, we were promised something more than what we've been getting. Of course, now 5G is here and we'll be able to download the universe in moments. Then in 6 or 7 years when the next standard is used, we'll be amazed at how we were able to survive on 5G that didn't cover or deliver.....

I know 60 down doesn't sound like much but coming from 10 down on LTE is a huge improvement!
