I never get higher than around 6mbps speeds on 5G. 4G LTE speeds will get to as much as 250mbps in place.....and never as slow as 6mbps.

I am on Verizon Unlimited 5G plan.

Do you think this is a carrier problem or SIM issue?

I am in Athens, GA, and, supposedly, this is one of two places in GA with UWB. I have tried the same in Atlanta with the same results.

5g is still in its infancy. It'll be at least 2-3 years before it expands and improves. Think the LTE rollout back in the early 2010s.

I'd say it's a carrier issue judging by all the complaints on the Verizon reddit.
