5gb ipod no longer an option in apple store...

On the drop down menu's in the apple store, where you can add an ipod when buying a powermac, imac, powerbook, etc. only the 10 and 20gb ipod is listed. I guess the 5gb has been EOL'ed??

That's Apple's story. But they may well be EOLed.

Yes, the 5 Gig is "temporarily unavailable" at the Apple.com store.

This has been posted several times. Not trying to be anal, but please check to see if what you want to post has already been posted or not.

The 5gb iPod has been unavailable from Apple's online store for quite a while. imho it is very ilkely that it is EOLd
