I wrote an email in about a week ago concerned about the 5GB ipod and its 6-8 week delay on our ordering basket....
I have now gone to apple.com.au to find its gone completely, with a notice :
"due to significant holiday demand, the ipod will be unavaiable until further notice"
or something to that effect.

CHECK IT.. Im sure this is the end... they'll most likely move the 10GB down, remove the remote and carry pouch and insert a 30 or 40gb at the top of the line... or even possible just have 2 ipods until the so call Pro iPod or iPro is available with colour screen etc.
