Hey folks

I have a question, I recently migrated from MBA to MBP
so i did use the migration assistant to move data from MBA to MBP.

When i first had my pro few days ago i had no pics in it, till now i am not storing any pic in it.

so when i got to overview ( about this mac), i am seeing 5gb of photos
how do i delete them?

That storage readout is notoriously inaccurate and I would just ignore it.

If you run the command below in Terminal to reindex Spotlight it will fix it for a while, but it always seems to drift again. Give the reindex 30-40 minutes or so to complete.

Code:
sudo mdutil -E /

Also, even a Mac that you have not stored one photo will show some storage used for photos there because it includes all the little images that are part of the OS.
