5k iMac RAM UK

Hi all,

I have been looking around for RAM in preparation for the new 5k machine I have coming.

What is the cheapest option to bump up the RAM in the UK?

I can buy 16GB(£116.39) from Crucial including free delivery and go through Quidco for 7% cashback.

Anyone got a better deal that they have seen lately?

What you have is probably the best option. I had some Amazon vouchers so bought the Crucial sticks via Amazon at £55 per 8GB.

Have a look on eBay as people are selling the original RAM as they are buying kits similar to what you mentioned.

This is what I did - I picked up 8GB RAM for just £35!

I could not stop myself from buying it - I'll will just upgrade to more RAM as and when I need to!
