5K Player Airplay on Apple TV 4

Has anyone here been able to get the 5K Player app to do Airplay to an Apple TV 4? Airplay works fine otherwise from my Macbook Pro to the ATV. The 5K Player app is advertised to be able to Airplay 4k videos from YouTube, etc. on an Apple TV 4, even though the ATV itself doesn't support 4K.
