5s bought from tmobile or AT&T CDMA locked?

I know that tmobile AT&T and Verizon have the same model iPhone 5s but I'm wondering if someone bought an iPhone from AT&T or tmobile and tried to use a Verizon sim. Is it still unlocked or did apple disable CDMA/lte for Verizon in them ? Thanks !
