5S: Brightness on lowest setting

Is the brightness of your 5S on its dimmest setting brighter than the 5 at the lowest setting?

Is the brightness of your 5S on its dimmest setting brighter than the 5 at the lowest setting?

Iphone 5s seems slightly brighter on the lowest setting. The 5 seems brighter at max setting. Whites are definitely better on the 5s (which is perhaps why it seems brighter at the lowest setting)..
