I live in Dominican Republic and I'm waiting for the 5S to buy off my local official carrier. Last year the 5 launch was on September 12 and the iphone launched here November 2 at midnight. This year the 5S launched September 10, so maybe Novmeber 1 as a launch for countries in that segment?
