5s Olloclip on 6+

I have a 5s Olloclip telephoto lens and have since upgraded to the 6+. I am thinking of doing a do it yourself conversion. Take the current Olloclip, cut in half, now I have two seperate lens. Then attach it to a 6+ case, maybe just glue it on. Ignoring the details is separating lens's will the 5s lens work on the 6+
